How you gain clarity

I help you find your unique voice in order to understand yourself and fully experience life. My focus is individual empowerment.

I give you support and feedback as you take actions in your life. I can utilize various tools that tune into intuition and your inner voice, such as meditation, art, writing, Tarot and visualization.

As an artist and poet in addition to life coach, my life purpose is to support and facilitate the process of growth and self-awareness. I am here as a supportive and motivating guide who provides acceptance and inspiration, while you follow through on what your intuition is telling you.

I can work with you in an individual session to find clarity and insight regarding specific life issues by tapping into your own wisdom. Additionally, I can work with you over the course of several sessions to design an ongoing routine of meditative, creative and spiritual practices for self-development and growth in order to lead a more fulfilling life.

As you achieve the confidence and clarity of fully being able to hear your own voice and transcend everyday conflicts, you will feel more consistently grounded and content.
